| Beaches
Myanmar's coastline is perhaps one of the most unspoiled in the world.
All of Myanmar's beaches boast simple, though often luxurious, bungalow-style
accommodation, which blend into the background, leaving the stunning beach
setting to be enjoyed in full glory. Some of the most popular destinations
include:
|
||||
|
Balloons over Bagan offers what is perhaps the most spectacular activity available in Myanmar. Beginning before dawn each morning, the balloon glides silently over the plain of Bagan, nestled in the curve of the Irrawaddy River. As day breaks, the morning mist creeps back to reveal thousands of temples dotting the plain, with golden spires gleaming as the sun reaches them. Each balloon ride is approximately one hour long and includes a champagne
brunch. |

| Boat Cruises
Whether it is river cruises up the vast Irrawaddy River or sailing and
kayaking in the Mergui Archipelago, Myanmar offers a variety of unique
boating experiences. Travellers who wish to incorporate a river cruise
into their itinerary may choose between the luxury Road to Mandalay cruises,
which offer every modern facility, or the boutique Pandaw cruises, which
recreate the experience of travelling aboard a colonial-era steamship.

| Business
Service
Myanmar offers full facilities for conferences and incentives. We offer
a range of business services, including conference room rental, interpreters,
presentation equipment and office support services. |

| Train
Journeys
Although Myanmar has an extensive rail network, this is a side of the
country that travellers rarely see. The train conditions are of local
standard, better suited to more adventurous travellers and train enthusiasts.
However, these journeys are remarkable, offering beautiful scenery and
unique opportunities to interact with local people. |

Myanmar offers trekking possibilities for every degree of experience.
Advanced hikers can test themselves at the foothills of the Himalayas,
near Putao. Those seeking a slightly softer trekking experience can explore
the mountains and caves clustered in the Shan State. A certain degree
of fitness is required for all itineraries. |
