Requirements:
- Visa application form (x 1) and Arrival form (x 1)
- Passport size photograph (x 2)
- Valid passport
- Bank cheque or cash for visa fee
- Self-addressed and stamped envelope
- E.V.T. letter *
- USD 20 in cash

* E.V.T. letter is not necessary for the visa application but for the exemption from the mandatory exchange of US$200 into FEC200 (Foreign Exchange Certificates) upon arrival. This amount cannot be changed back upon departure

The E.V.T. letter can be obtained by us with an existing valid tour "roundtrip" booking and must be submitted to the Myanmar Embassy upon visa application

The visa will have a remark (E.V.T. Package Visa) indicating that the exchange is not applicable

Processing Time 2 days for the visa stamp at the embassy* and (if applicable) additional 1 day for issuing of the E.V.T. letter by our local partner

Procedure:
For the E.V.T. letter the following details must be submitted*:

All above-mentioned documents must be sent to the nearest Myanmar Embassy for the visa stamp (and E.V.T. stamp if applicable)

Type of Visa:
Single entry tourist visa - valid 4 weeks
Visa stamp requires 1 full page

Important Information:
No prior registration or approval from authorities necessary

Currently it is not possible to get a visa upon arrival in Myanmar!
